Prince vs Cariou

A long time ago there was a guy named Cariou and he took a bunch of amazing photos of people, and this other guy named prince Photoshoped some of these images and added guitars in their hands. Prince claimed that i was giving you a different perspective on the same image , at the beginning , the court ruled against him but then they decided that art is very subjective to the viewer so the court couldn’t deny an ‘original work of art”
